Hello guys My pc started to not recognize my printer (deskjet 2135). I dont remember doing any updates or so.

I just stopped to appear in the printer device list of my office apps. Looking a little into it windows itself could still regognize my printer and even scan and print from third party apps, but HP apps didnt work. Tried to reinstall my printer and the intaller wizard couldnt connect to the usb device, tried all the basics to make it work and nothing.

Looking into some forums like this one I found issues similar to mine, followed all the tips and nothing. I basically gave up fixing my printer when my desktop camera stopped working too.

Thank you @Jeet_singh Gonna give you the approximate time line of events. Maybe Ill forget something due to the amount of things I tried. 1: prior to July 6th I assume everything was working properly 2: on July 6th the printer HP desk jet 2135 stopped working as I need to print some files.

3: tried reseting the printer. Tried reseting and reinstalling driver. While in installation wizard it could recon USB connection to the printer.

At the same time printer appeared on printer and device page in control panel, and was able to print test pages from Windows. Tried again to reset and reinstall printer driver. Now windows stopped recognizing the printer as well.

It appears in control panel but can't print test pages anymore. Tried to update USB controllers driver. Drivers up to date. Uninstalled USB controllers e updated hardware changes. All reinstalled I rebooted. Camera stopped working.

Printer still unrecognizable. Changed USB hub 3.0 in USB controllers power setting to 'don't turn off to save power'. No change in both 10.

From now on I just stopped messing with the printer and started dealing with the camera 11. Uninstalled Intel real sense RBG and depth 12. Tried to reinstall real sense manager and update firmware.
